Patrick is a Key Account Manager for OMG Roofing Products, a leading manufacturer and global supplier of high-performance products for the commercial roofing industry. He began his career in professional ministry, made the transition to his first sales role in 2009, and has been in the building products industry for over a decade. He started in residential and commercial flooring, worked himself all the way up to roofing, and now manages two of OMG’s top five customers.
Patrick lives here in Lake Nona, is married to his high school sweetheart, Melissa, and have three children. Their oldest is heading to college at Florida Gulf Coast University this Fall, their second plays football for Lake Nona High, and their youngest plays golf. Patrick enjoys cooking, golf, and lots of time around the pool.

He has served in executive roles on the staff at two different churches where he focused on leadership and team development, policies and procedures, and finance.
He also spent 5 1⁄2 years as an Administrator and Dean of Students at Boise Bible College in Idaho where he focused on training and developing students to be strong leaders for the Kingdom. In that position he also led the HR responsibilities of employee policies, job
descriptions, employee handbook, and benefits administration.
Travis’ organizational roles in business have focused on Human Resource management anddeveloping people, helping to create strong and healthy workplace cultures. His areas of expertise include leadership and team development as well as development of leadership training material for executive coaching and seminars. He has owned a training and development company working with clients such as Chick-fil-A, Osceola County Supervisor of Elections, Lockheed Martin, Sea World, and WMFE T.V. Working as the Chief Culture Officer for a health and wellness company in Central Florida, he focused on building an environment of trust, commitment, and excitement among all team members improving morale, retention, and productivity.
In 2006 Travis added iron distance triathlon (swim 2.4 miles / bike 112 miles / run 26.2 miles) finisher to his resume and has competed at the top level since then by completing seven iron distance triathlons, winning his age group in two of them. His triathlon experiences and lessons learned have proven to be valuable in leading teams and teaching leadership principles to employees, students, volunteers, and clients. Travis and his wife Melanie currently reside in Kissimmee and enjoy spending time helping people, being together outdoors, and going on cruises. Their life purpose statement, based on Romans 15:4, is to “Inspire hope by giving and helping people be the best they can be.”

In addition, Dr. Williams traveled with the USA Track and Field Team to 4 World Championships as their Team physician taking care of Olympic and Junior-Olympic-caliber athletes.
Dr. Williams also has 4 children, and has been married to her husband Jacob for 31 years.

Jim Bowie is the Associate Director of the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program and Site Manager of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Business Incubator. He joined UCF in the spring of 2010 and his client companies have created over 500 jobs in the past decade. Jim has a BBA & MBA from (TCU) Texas Christian University. He opened the UCF Life Sciences Incubator in Lake Nona in 2018. Jim is on the Advisory Board for the I-4 Business Entrepreneur Magazine and he has more than 20 years of experience in business development including AT&T, Orkin Exterminating Co. and four entrepreneur start-ups.
Mark Goldstein is the president and CEO of the Central Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce and president of On The Mark Consulting LLC., a relationship-building company. Mark is best described as a “people helper”. He has an intense passion to help others succeed in business and ministry by developing and implementing creative marketing strategies. He has over thirty years of experience in sales and marketing which includes broadcast media, print, home-based, Internet and trade show. Mark holds a Bachelors Degree in Theology and a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling. He is currently completing a doctorate in that same field of studies. As president of the Christian Chamber, his goal is to build business, build community, and build the Kingdom. Mark Rickman has been married for more than 25 years to his wife Carol. He has four children who are 23, 22, 17 and 16 years old. He has coached high school basketball for 30 years at Boone High School, Pine Castle Christan, and Fellowship Christian School in Roswell Georgia. He currently serves as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Orange County Area Director, and has lived in Lake Nona for the past 14 years.
Don Long is the CEO/President of the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce where he has served since December of 2017. He is also a former Chairman and interim President of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce.
Before entering the chamber arena full time, Don enjoyed a successful entrepreneur career as owner, executive and employing yacht broker where he specialized in worldwide export and foreign currency purchases.
Don is a retired US Marine and served in multiple duty stations around the world. Reaching the highest enlisted rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant before leaving the Marine Corps, Don served as the Public Affairs Chief of the Marine Corps where he managed an entire occupational field from the Pentagon.
Mike Fisher has spent over 29 years of proven leadership and comprehensive Law Enforcement experience at the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. He's a dynamic, highly qualified professional. During his time as a Lieutenant Mike commanded the West Criminal Investigations Division which included the West 192 area and Poinciana area.
